シティ中心部、シドニー住宅地域のAAEシェアハウスは共に最低２週間の滞在から長期の滞在まで可能で、料金も他の宿泊施設より割安に設定されています。一度滞在された方がまたシドニーに戻ってこられたときに、再度お申し込みを下さるなど、大変ご好評いただいております。シェアハウスは全家具付きで、スーツケース一つでご入居いただけます。お部屋は皆様で掃除当番を分担し、きれいで快適に過ごしていただいております。国籍はタイミングにもより、主に日本人ですが、ほかの国籍（ヨーロッパが主）の方が入ることもあります。

The house is located in the area very convenient for commuting or attending school. It takes only 16 minutes’ train ride from Dulwich Hill Station to the Central Station, yet the area is quiet and peaceful, it’s the best atmosphere to enjoy a comfortable Aussie life.

The house for the guests has 2 Single bedrooms and a Twin bedroom.There is a park nearby so you can enjoy taking promenade, cycling, or barbeques.

Also there are 3 soccer play grounds in the park, in the season the area becomes very livery particularly in the weekends.

Our company Agency Australia Education owns and manages the AAE House Dulwich Hill and two more apartments located in the centre of the Sydney city. You are able to book these rooms from 2 weeks stay.

Considering a large space you are able to use, the accommodation fee is very reasonable.

The houses are so popular that many people who once stayed one of the houses wanted to come back again to live in the same house when they returned.

The Share Houses are all furnished with mod cons so you can come and stay with only a suit case.

The Houses are cleaned by all of the residents, who have a cleaning roster once a week.

Majority of our residents are Japanese but we have a few Australian and European residents depending on the season.
